To make a booking:
To complete your booking, please contact our office directly on tel. +90 252 616 7714 (or send us an email with your contact telephone number). We will email you an outline of your wedding package including the total cost.
As of 1st January 2026, 10% of the total cost of the wedding is required as a deposit to secure the wedding date and package (20% pre 1st January 2026). The balance is due 1 month prior to the wedding date.
You are required to complete and submit via email a booking payment form along with confirmation that you have read our T&Cs.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. A confirmation letter will be sent to your e-mail address upon receipt of deposit.
Payment Options:
Credit/debit Card (Visa or Mastercard 2% charge) or Electronic Bank transfer (please ask for bank details).
All payments are made payable to "Ezmen Tourism".
Cancellation policy:
The following amount (of the total cost of the wedding) will be payable in the event of cancelation:
0 - 1 month (of booking) 6% where 10% deposit has been paid (12.5% where 20% deposit has been paid)
1 to 24 months prior to the wedding date, 10% where 10% deposit has been paid (20% where 20% deposit has been paid)
Less than 1 month prior to the wedding date, 100%
