I wish we could do it all over again!

Honestly, I cannot recommend OBW enough. We married at the Liberty Lykia on the 15/5/22 and had the best day of our lives, it was absolutely perfect and we’re very jealous of anyone whom has the same experience yet to come!

To also note, although travelled to Oludeniz before we had never been to this hotel. Our viewing holiday was cancelled due to covid and we arranged the whole process completely blind, we had so much reassurance from the team we made the right choice and we don’t have a single regret. Our entire wedding party can’t stop singing their praises to this day.

We booked a couple of years before our date, to not only give our guests plenty of time to prepare to come but also wanting to try and avoid covid measures! The whole process was very easy. Of course, aside from the main package there are additional extras we wanted i.e. love letters, floor fireworks but the whole communication with Rachel and the team was effortless.

The legal process was made very plain and simple with advice from the OBW team and we had this sorted within a month, this was very simple and the only responsibility I felt I had throughout my whole planning process so no complaints from us!

In our package we had the works, hair/makeup, barbers, flowers, photography and a bbq. We used goldfinger salon for the bridal party. We arranged a trial which was my own responsibility and all went well. The only minor hick up to my actual day I felt was timing in the salon, the staff couldn’t have been more lovely and I think I was just unlucky but with timings on the day it overran and I felt rushed. That’s honestly my only criticism of my whole wedding so honestly nothing major to ruin our day. It wasn’t the planners fault. Neither the salons really, it was just one of those things I guess with other parties in the salon. I don’t mean to bash them at all because they are so hard working and nice but just being honest. Everything else in our package was faultless and the bbq - AMAZING!

On my day we had arranged to marry on the sea terrace, and in typical luck that day the waves were too much. I found out whilst getting ready I was going to be marrying somewhere else in the gardens, and again even this ended up being perfect. I think in all honesty the back drop ended up being even better!

I am such an over prepared person I was worried about choosing things such as flowers, cake etc a few days before my wedding at the pre wedding meeting but I honestly needn’t of worried. I was assured anyway, but I still like to worry - I was given plenty of options in the weeks before my wedding and the process at the pre wedding meeting was so simple and straight forward.

We had the most amazing holiday at the Lykia with our party of 20 and along with our day. A lot of our party had their first time in Turkey and every single person is already planning to return next year!

I so wish I could do it all over again, and I highly recommend OBW!!!

Where do I begin! Words cannot express how grateful we are for Rachel and the team at OBW. I cannot thank the team at Oludeniz Beach Weddings enough, our experience was excellent and exceeded all of our expectations.

The booking process was smooth and professional.  We got a PDF copy of the Wedding Confirmation (as soon as we paid the deposit) which outlined everything within our package clearly, including the financial breakdown. 

The communication with Rachel (the wedding planner) before arriving to Turkey was consistent and she was always prompt to respond to the many queries we had.  We were originally due to get married on the 04/06/2021, but had to reschedule last minute due to the pandemic.  Rachel was on hand to offer advice on further dates and reorganized parts of the planning promptly to fit around the new rescheduled date.

The PWM went really well, it and was a great opportunity to discuss ideas and iron out any concerns.  Erdnic (the managing director) went through every aspect of the wedding schedule to ensure everything was clear and confirmed timings, transfers and the logistics of the day.  Tracey and Claire (the wedding coordinators) collated all the finer details and finishing touches, ensuring a “personal touch” to our big day.

The Legal processes is what it is and there’s a few things you need to have in order before you arrive in Turkey.  However, Rachel provides very clear and concise instructions and will happily check your legal documentation before you arrive in Turkey to ensure there are no issues.

My Bridal Party’s hair and make-up was a fun filled girly experience and everyone within the bridal party felt super pampered and special.  Gold Finger runs like a military operation (there was 10 of us for hair and make-up) thanks to Bayram (the salon owner) who took extra special care of me and made me look and feel absolutely amazing for my big day.

We chose the Meri Resort for our wedding day because the venue is absolutely stunning!   It really is a wonderful place to hold the ceremony and reception, as it directly overlooks the Blue Lagoon.  We opted for very simple colors for the bouquets, table floral arrangements and table decorations, as we didn’t want to spoil the natural beauty that surrounded us at the Meri.  Ismail (the florist) done us proud and the bouquets and floral table arrangements looked stunning.

The BBQ was an excellent choice and the food was tasty and plentiful.  Lots of amazing dishes to choose from all cooked to perfection.  All my guests (Turkish and English) complimented on the food during the meal.

Overall the service received on the day was second to none and everyone worked really hard to ensure the event ran smoothly.  I had a major “last minute” issue with my wedding dress (the zip broke) just before transferring to the ceremony.  Rachel called a local seamstress named Hulya (who quite literally saved the day).  She came to my hotel within minutes and sorted my dress out. Only in Turkey would you get that kind of service! 

I want to say a special thank you to Mustafa (the driver) and Semavi (the photographer) and all the support staff who made our day so special.

Advice for future brides, have the belly dancer, she was fantastic and really good fun.  Got everyone up and dancing.  Try on your Wedding dress a few days before your wedding, you can swell on the plane and in the heat.

We are one of the lucky couples to have married in May 2022 at the Liberty Lykia Hotel and we really can't recommend OBW enough.

Starting at the beginning, when we originally went out to book our wedding, we were shown the two venues we had requested to view but we didn't get the "you just know" feeling. That's when we were asked if we'd like to view one last venue so we agreed and we were taken to the Liberty Lykia. We'll that was it, we were both grinning at each other, totally blown away and we got that feeling. We wouldn't have even known about the venue if it weren't for OBW. so we booked the full package for 50 guests for 2021.

Fast forward to 2021 our wedding was creeping up and we tried to stay positive but eventually we had to contact Rachel.to request a date change. She made it super easy, we were given dates to choose from.and everything was sorted for us.

Then 2022 came round and the real planning began. Rachel was so patient, given the amount of emails I sent and the things we changed our minds on. She made it so easy and responded quickly. When we came out to Turkey, the whole team were super-efficient and everything was organised for us, we ready didn't need to worry about a thing. I even forgot a piece of the paperwork and they helped to sort it without a fuss. All the planning was spot on, we told the team what we wanted and gave a whole suitcase of our own DIY bits which they laid out perfectly. All of the vendors that were part of our package were amazing, including Bits and Bobs who were recommended by OBW for DIY bits.

Our wedding day went perfectly smooth and we wouldn't have changed a thing. All of our guests said how amazing the venue was, how well it was run, how beautiful the ceremony was, the food was spot on and in particular our guests absolutely loved the live singers. Those of our guests who are considering weddings have said how this has made then want a wedding abroad and some have even asked for details of OBW to book.

It really was a perfect day and if we could we would do it all over again. Absolutely unforgettable and such a lovely company to have booked through, we can't thank them enough!

Previous planning hadn’t been too smooth and we unfortunately had a couple of hiccups, with finding out our venue with previous planners wasn’t opening for the season two months before we were due to fly out being one of them. I contacted Rachel on a whim with not much hope. She is what I can only describe as our wedding angel! She came back straight away doing everything she could to squeeze us in, the day was more perfect than we could ever imagine, every single fine detail is taken care of in the most professional and efficient way, any stress at all is totally taken away from the bride and groom. Rachel made sure everything ran seamlessly so we could just concentrate on enjoying the day.

Communication from the minute we enquired right to the wedding date and beyond was second to none, everything was clear, concise and responses were super quick. At our Pre Wedding Meeting everything was set out and explained so well and just added to the excitement.

The florist/salon are also incredible! The flowers were absolutley beautiful and so fresh. I hadn’t a clue about what I would choose aside from the colour but with the help of the team they arrived and we’re stunning. The team at Goldfinger are all amazing, friendly helpful and everyone left looking and feeling absolutely incredible.

Also want to mention the staff at Liberty Lykia, the food was amazing and service impeccable. Every single guest commented on how amazing it was. The venue speaks for itself, absolutely stunning! And I’m so glad Rachel ensured we got the sunset photos, as we haven’t stopped looking at them since the wedding!

Well where do I begin? Tom and I always had planned to get married on a beach and as we visit Turkey every year so we decided to contact Oludeniz Beach Weddings. From the very start of contact communication was always quick and friendly and a lovely lady Moira showed us around some venues.

We booked Kidrak (Paradise Beach) and Jade that same day and what a great decision that was. Every detail was spot on.. to how I wanted the beach decor to the cake and amazing flowers. The hairdressers is a great spot in Ovacik and they exceeded mine and my seven bridesmaid’s expectations. Just amazing as well as the make-up.

A massive thank you to Rachel for always giving amazing advice and passion and making every step of the planning and the day perfect! Tracey and the rest of the team were also so helpful, kind and amazing at what they do. Thank you for making all our dreams come true. I wish we could do it all over again.

From the very first email, Rachel was absolutely amazing. She answered all of our questions and any concerns that I had. Rachel explained everything in great detail, which really helped the wedding planning to be smooth sailing. We really could not recommend Rachel enough! 

When we went for our pre-wedding meeting, everything just fell in to place. The Oludeniz Beach Wedding team were great. We went through table decor, flower arrangements, the music/DJ, legal documents and were shown our wedding order of events. This was great as we then knew what times the bridal party were being picking up for hair and make up, what time the guests were being picked up from their hotels to go to the venue etc. Everything really did just flow!

I was really worried about having blood tests as part of getting married in Turkey but I can honestly say that there really was not anything to be worried about. Our driver was so lovely, he took us where we needed to go and made us feel really comfortable.

Once the pre-wedding meeting was over, we went back to the hotel even more excited than what we were. 

On the wedding day itself, the bridal party got picked up and taken to Goldfinger Hair and Beauty Salon. All I can say is what an incredible, talented team they are. From the moment we stepped through the doors, the celebrations began! They made us feel so at ease the whole time we were there. We sang, we danced and we really did get the party started. 

I left the salon feeling like an absolute princess. My hair was incredible. It stayed in place all day and night. My make up was flawless. I was so worried about the make up in the heat and I thought I’d be touching it up a lot but I didn’t need to do this at all. It stayed looking perfect right through until midnight.

I cannot thank Goldfinger Hair and Beauty Salon enough. They really are the dream team. 

The photographer and videographer were amazing. They captured every moment from arriving at the venue, the guests, the vows, the confetti shot, the group shots, the venue itself, the speeches, the dances and the bride/groom sunset photoshoot. The quality of the photos and the video are perfect. I would highly recommend spending a bit more money and getting all of the wedding day photos - it’s well worth it.

We got married at the Liberty Lykia resort. It was absolutely stunning. The service during the reception was exceptional. The staff were always topping up your drinks and making sure that you were having the best time. The food was great! They catered for everyone.

The table decor and the overall set up was everything we had dreamed of. It was perfect. 

We had guests that said it is the best wedding that they have ever been to and this really is down to the whole team at Oludeniz Beach Weddings. 

The entire experience was just wonderful.

Our wedding day was the best day of our lives. 

We booked our wedding in 2019 and should have got married in 2021, we finally got married in June 2022 and it was the best day had by all. Me and my husband couldn't thank Rachel and the team enough always there to help with any questions and it made me me feel at ease having everything taken care of.

Where do I start? Everything about our day was perfect from start to finish.

Planning, we originally booked our wedding before the Covid-19 pandemic and provisionally booked the Liberty Lykia with a view to visiting and ensuring it was definitely the venue for us. Our original holiday got cancelled however my mum and dad were still able to go and the team at Oludeniz Beach Weddings were brilliant at arranging for them to visit the venue, take photos/videos and ask any questions we may have. Rachel and the team have always been so easy to communicate with and ensured any details no matter how big or small were able to be incorporated into our special day – including last minute bookings of extras such as LOVE letters.

At the pre-wedding meeting, Rachel and the team took their time to ensure we went over everything and were happy with all the decisions made. Their organisation, and the small local companies used were all amazing. They arranged trail hair and make up for myself with Goldfinger and arranged for the photographer to meet the Bridal party at the salon the morning of the wedding.

The wedding day – Our day could not have been any better. From all the preparations, the salon pick up and drop offs, flowers, photography and guest transport – everything went with such ease. There was a last minute change of location due to waves being high for the ceremony to take place on the Pontoon and I can honestly say I think the surroundings of the gardens made the day that little bit more picturesque. If I was too do the day again, I would ask for the gardens.

The reception – The service at Liberty Lykia is out of this world, the food really is 5*, and the staff are amazing. Not once during the night did anyone have an empty glass or a hungry belly. The decorations and set up was amazing, the picture opportunities and the live singer were out of this world and our whole guest list commented on how amazing the full day had been. With one even commenting it had changed his views on weddings, it was that perfect.

Rachel and the team ensured everything for our wedding went as planned, and it truly was the most special day of our lives. We would recommend Oludeniz Beach Weddings to anyone looking to marry in Turkey. Nothing is too much hassle, the full experience is made as stress free as it can be and everything is included within the package.

After a very rocky road throughout covid, you kept us sane with updates and keeping in contact all the time, how you all organised everything was perfect and it ran so smoothly, on the day there was not an inch of stress, the day ran so smoothly and perfectly, it was an amazing day, I wish we could relive it.

Wow where do we start!

On July 22nd 2022 we experienced one of the most magical days of our lives :)

We finally got married in the most beautiful place with our closest family and friends it was just perfect.

It all started with sending an email and from then on keeping in contact with the amazing Rachel through emails, keeping us updated on what happens on our side and their side of things, which was all quite easy and straight forward.

Everything about our day was organised by our wedding planner from hair and make up to the final I do's. It honestly was just so perfect and in a stunning place and venue.

We only have one wish and that is to do it all over again. We wouldn't change a thing and everyone was so kind.

Myself, Husband, family and friends had the most amazing time.

We have recently returned home after getting married at the Liberty Lykia resort in Oludeniz and I can't put into words how magical our day was!

We originally booked our wedding in December 2020 for August 2021 and subsequently had to postpone due to covid. What should have been a super stressful process of rescheduling was actually resolved within one email, and the team at Oludeniz Beach Weddings were so supportive and sympathetic!

I was in touch with Rachel quite regularly via email, and all of my queires/concerns were resolved quickly and efficiently - although I must admit the closer it got to the wedding the more I started to panic about not seeing the venue/decorations/etc etc... coming from a project management background I find it really hard to let go of the ropes and trust any suppliers! I need not have worried though, everything was finalised within an hour or so at the pre-wedding meeting and I'm actually really glad I didn't see the venue beforehand because wow, that moment of walking down the aisle and then into the reception venue was literally breathtaking. I know I wouldn't have got that Cinderella moment if I would have visited beforehand. 

The legal process was stress free and all taken care of by the team, we just had to turn up and smile while we signed on the dotted line! 

The wedding day itself was beyond magical. I consider myself a realist and somewhat cynical at times so I'd convinced myself things were going to go wrong and that it would still work out OK, but I spent the whole day in a love bubble and it was so much more than I could have ever wished for. I still get butterflies thinking about it. 

Two special mentions for the photographer and the DJ, who were just wonderful! And every one of our guests commented on how beautiful the food was, the BBQ option comes highly recommend from our grateful wedding party. 

My advice to any upcoming brides is to trust the team wholeheartedly, any stress you spend beforehand will be a waste of your energy because they without a doubt know what they're doing and on the day none of that will matter! Also, the best advice I got was to take a moment every half hour or so to take a deep breath and soak it all in! I did and the next day I was so glad because I didn't feel like it was a blur at all. 

It was the perfect day and we can't thank the Oludeniz Beach Weddings team or their suppliers enough for making our dreams come true.

After numerous failed attempts to marry over the past three years we decided to cut out all the fuss and go it alone, just us two and the kids. It was the best thing we did! 

We made contact with Oludeniz Beach Weddings in June 2022 with a view of booking a last minute elopement for September 2022 in one of our favourite holiday locations, the beautiful Oludeniz.

The whole process from start to finish was super easy and stress free. I was able to contact Rachel with questions whenever I needed and she always answered quickly. 

For our wedding we required a ceremony only and wanted something small, intimate, relaxed and stress free. Our day was just that and more! There was just the two of us and our two young children (aged 3 years and 5 months) which meant childcare from family and friends wasn’t an option, however this was no problem for the Oludeniz Beach Weddings team. They were really accommodating to ensure that our children were with us every step of the way, from signing paperwork before hand to my son walking me down the aisle. 

Our wedding took place on Paradise Beach (Kidrak Beach) in Oludeniz and we can honestly say it was the most stress free and wonderful service we could have hoped for. Tracey and Erdinc were our witnesses both of whom are part of the Oludeniz Beach Wedding team. 

We could not have wished for a better day and really appreciate the effort the team put into making our day so special. 

Myself and Stephen cannot thank Rachel and the team at OBW enough! The whole process from start to finish was amazing. Who knew planning a wedding could be so stress free! The communication was always fantastic, especially when explaining the procedure on how to obtain the legal documents.

Once in Turkey, they handled everything for us. The drivers were lovely and very helpful and the service I received at Goldfinger hair salon was amazing. I absolutely loved my wedding hair! And what can I say about the venue but wow!! Getting married on Paradise Beach was just beautiful. And the photos we received were fantastic quality. We opted for a video too which I would highly recommend. We're so glad we chose you as our wedding planners.

After being engaged for nearly 10 years and dreading the whole wedding process we took the plunge to contact Olu Deniz Beach Weddings after booking a luxury holiday in Turkey. The fear I had of the process was unreal.

From the offset and initial email my fears were totally unfounded. From the beginning the communication by email was informative and we discussed the options for us and our wedding party. Rachel was easy to talk to and worked at our pace and style. We decided early on what we wanted, and Rachel and the team executed each request perfectly.The first stage I found most nerve wracking which was the legalities in the UK but Rachel took the time to talk me through the process which turned out to be pretty straight forward. On arrival in Turkey and at our pre wedding meeting we weren’t nervous at all. We were completely put at ease by the friendly and welcoming nature. At the meeting we discussed details of what we wanted, picked flower arrangements, colours and discussed timings etc. Very easy, precise and so professional.

We were taken by the company to sort the Turkish legalities which were made so easy as we had a chauffeur and an expert in this field. Within hours we were ready to get married, no nerves just pure excitement.

The day of the wedding arrived, and we expected our nerves to surface but no nothing. The schedule was set and as agreed the cars arrived on time to take us to get our hair and make up done and I must say the salon for the men and women were nothing but exceptional. They were on hand to get us anything we wanted and celebrate the day with you building our excitement for our upcoming nuptials. From then everything run so smoothly.

The wedding ceremony completely exceeded all our expectations, from the picturesque venue, the stunning decorating and beautifully sung music. Could not have wished for better and all our feelings and thoughts in the pre wedding meeting wedding were not only listened to and considered but executed perfectly!

The reception was more than we could have hoped for. The venue was perfect, the food delicious and the ambiance perfect. We celebrated and danced the night away with the DJ and belly dancer.

We had a photographer and videographer which were clearly experts in their field. The photos can only be described as breath taking with the stunning backdrops and angles perfect in every photo.  The choice of photos in the meeting after wedding is where the problem laid – sooo many to chose from as they were all so beautiful. 

I cannot fault the whole experience, care and support through the entire process and on reflection I know now I wasted 10 years in fear of marriage when we had the best experience and day we could of only dreamed of. I would highly recommend this company and Turkey as a holiday destination. All your needs are catered for and the staff and surroundings are just stunning.

We booked our wedding with OBW back in January 2021 after visiting Liberty Lykia prior to COVID and knowing we would love to get married there.

Rachel was amazing and helped us through the whole process and made it all so easy. From the start any questions I had Rachel would reply to my emails very quickly and reassured me she had everything in hand. I would say it was very laid back compared to UK weddings which was what I wanted.

On arrival in Turkey for our wedding in Sept 2022 we had our pre wedding meeting which went so smooth and Tracy ran through everything from start to finish as well as meeting with the florist & Celebrant.

On our wedding day everything was so perfect, the table setting & flowers were more amazing then I could of imagined and all my worrying was left behind me. They really did such an amazing job, we had a member of OBW there with us throughout the whole day & night who made sure the food & drinks were all spot on.

I had 54 wedding guests flight to Turkey and we really had a whole 10 days of a wedding instead of 1 day compared to the UK. Everyone wanted us to return for a wedding reunion already it was so much fun having that quality time with friends & family.
