The booking process was very straight forward. We communicated via email and phone, making sure we were clear we knew the process and everything was explained clearly. We paid our deposit and we knew exactly when we needed to pay the full balance. There were a few amendments to the original booking which is always likely when you book something about two years in advance. We changed our venue so that it was at the same hotel resort we were staying in (Liberty Lykia), we changed the date, the number of guests changed, and we also added the fireworks. Venue amendment was sorted out (with an admin fee, which we knew about) and nothing was too much trouble for Oludeniz Weddings.

 

The communication was fine and was mostly via email with a couple of phone calls initially and then contact increased in the few months leading up to the wedding. All queries were answered in a speedy fashion and all directives regarding what we needed to take to Turkey and the legal requirements were easy to follow.

 

The Pre Wedding Meeting was great and this was when it really hit home that we were getting married. We had friendly company who made us feel relaxed and they answered all of our questions and really put our mind at rest. Any special requests or requirements were catered for and we left thinking it was too good to be true and that something had to go wrong - it didn't!

 

The legal process can be quite daunting but if you follow the instructions sent by Oludeniz Beach Weddings then you can’t go wrong. If you do have any queries they will answer them and support you. Whilst in Turkey it was nice going in to Fethiye to the legal offices to sort it all out. We were even offered some Turkish tea!!

 

The wedding day itself was amazing. If we had to pick any minor faults regarding the hair/make-up/grooms hair etc it would only be that it was slightly rushed. We did have a large number of the bridal party attend the hairdressers and some of them did come back quite close to time that the wedding party were meeting at reception so the guests (and groom) nearly saw the bride before the wedding ceremony. The groomsmen all had a haircut and shave and this was quality, best haircut and shave ever, but it was 45 minutes each and there were four groomsmen and one barber so they were there nearly three hours which did seem to be a bit of a waste of time and the groom was slightly rushed when getting suited and booted back at the hotel. On the whole though they are minor faults as everything else was a dream.

 

The flowers were beautiful as was the floral arch, the venue was on the resort so there was no need for any transfers but the bridal party had a golf buggy! It was a fair walk down to the pier and some of the ladies struggled in heels but you couldn't help but be drawn to the beautiful setting of the pier all dressed up beautifully.

 

The ceremony was great, we had picked our music beforehand but there was also a live band performing some beautiful tracks. The vows were all short and sweet with the some lovely Turkish traditions included and the ceremony lasted no longer than 20 minutes. The photographer got all of the right shots and didn't mind any special requests.

 

Once we got back up to the reception venue we were amazed at how beautiful it was and how all of the wedding favours and gifts and all of the little attention to detail bits we had taken over with us had all been incorporated. Oludeniz Beach Weddings had also put together the yager bomb shot glasses we had taken over and tied individual ribbons on them. We couldn't have done it all any better ourselves it was absolutely incredible. The food was amazing, and again the backing singers were brilliant, fantastic choice of songs and you couldn't help but feel on top of the world. We knew what we had booked, the cake, the fireworks, the belly dancer and it all flowed beautifully. Once everything we had booked had been done we had one hour for the disco which was a bit of a shame as we probably would have liked a bit longer - we could have partied til 3am, everybody was in such good spirits but all good things must come to an end! We actually went to the resorts night club after for one for the road! It was an unbelievable experience - certainly as they say the best day of your life!

 

We chose to get married abroad as we wanted the weather but we also didn't want all the hassle of viewing and choosing venues, caterers, photographer, flowers, bands, DJ's etc we wanted a simple and stress free package. The only downside to that approach is that things are kind of out of your control and you end up trusting an organisation and people you have never met before! However, they were fantastic and they got everything right. You do have that feeling of have we forgotten anything or will the company mess things up but 100% they got it right and we have absolutely no regrets whatsoever. It felt too good to be true, but it wasn't! We have been to a wedding abroad once before our wedding and they had quite a few issues so we knew we were ting a risk but Oludeniz Beach Weddings got it spot on and we have recommended it to many people and our wedding guests continue to tell us that it was the best wedding they have been to. They are still talking it about it now!! The additional bonus was the cost as we felt that for our overall package it was well cheap compared to prices in the UK.

After holidaying in Liberty Lykia Oludeniz for the last 15 years I was surprised to find a company online ( Oludeniz Beach Weddings) who could offer us our perfect wedding.

 

In all the years I’ve been there I’ve never witnessed a wedding which made it all the more appealing to us. We realised that this must be done very privately and discreetly. We have all been abroad relaxing around the pool wearing very little when all of a sudden a bride walks past followed by her bridal party. Posing for photographs whilst Mr Speedo and Mrs Flipflop lurk in the background. People leaving the pool to see the bride but as a future bride and groom did we want to see them? No not really. We wanted total privacy in the most idyllic location we could think of. So we contacted Oludeniz Beach weddings to start the ball rolling.

 

From the first email I knew this company knew it’s stuff. The booking process was very straightforward. Very professional from day one. We were sent emails with links to the florist, Hair Salon etc. where we could browse their portfolios to give us an idea of previous weddings.

 

Our PWM date was set a couple of days after our arrival in Turkey. We made our way to the office where we made all of our decisions for the day. This meeting was informative, reassuring, concise and on reflection it was exactly what we had been informed of in all the emails we had received from the day of booking the wedding. There was no feeling of urgency. We didn’t feel like we were on a conveyor belt of other couples. We left that meeting feeling we had 100% got the right people for the job.

 

Off we went to complete the legal side of things. Again this was flawless. At the end of that day we couldn’t wait for our day to arrive. We knew it was going to be perfect because of the professionalism of the company who was looking after us.

 

Our day arrived and off we went to the salon. We were picked up on time at the hotel. The Salon staff couldn’t have been nicer. Very attentive. Back at the hotel the flowers arrived. They were absolutely perfect. I had not chosen flowers from the book given to me at the PWM but had shown photographs I’d liked which I’d found on Pinterest. They were identical. So beautiful.

 

The photographer had already arrived earlier at the salon and had taken some impromptu photographs. He arrived at the room at the exact time we were told he would. He followed us around snapping away. We then made our way down to the venue for the ceremony. It was lovely. Very tastefully decorated. Our ceremony was perfect. Not too long and drawn out but at the same time not rushed.

 

Off we went to the reception venue. It too was tastefully done. Exactly as we had imagined. Totally private for just us and our guests. The food was delicious. We couldn’t fault a thing. The service by every member of staff was carried out to such a high standard that you almost didn’t know they were there. The musicians played beautifully in the background.

 

The party really took off when the fireworks went off at the end of the first dance and the DJ launched into our party playlist. The fun carried on and what party in Turkey would not be complete without “ The Bellydancer”. An absolute must in our opinion. All our guests totally let their hair down. The night was one we will never forget for the rest of our lives. The whole day was perfect.

Oludeniz was a place we fell in love with not just because of the natural beauty but the friendliness of the Turkish people, therefore a perfect choice for us to get married.

 

From start to finish communication with Rachel was excellent, the whole booking process was very detailed and easy to follow, Rachel was very patient with us as we had lots of questions to ask and many requests. By the time we arrived in Turkey we had already received our detailed schedule and knew what had to be done in the UK beforehand and what was going to happen when we arrived in Turkey.

 

At our pre-wedding meeting we got to meet everyone who was involved in our special day (hairdresser, florist etc) and went through everything in more detail to finalise our choices, this gave us great confidence that our day was going to go without a hitch.

 

We were lucky enough to have visited our venue Sundial Restaurant the year before while on holiday, so we knew this was the perfect location for our wedding. The views were stunning and food was out of this world and Erol could not do enough for us.

 

The day itself was very well planned out, hairdressers/barbers appointments and transfers to and from the venue all were punctual and perfectly timed, after our visits to the salon/barbers everyone felt amillion dollars as the staff went above and beyond what was expected.

 

The worst thing that can happen when getting married abroad is for it to rain on your wedding day, it didn't just rain on the day, it was more of a monsoon, but everybody stayed positive and although the ceremony was running 30 minutes late due to the weather, everything was set up perfectly within minutes as there was a break in the weather and we still got married outside which was perfect. We laugh about it now looking back at the photos as they were stunning and you couldn't tell how bad the weather had been.

 

The ceremony was beautiful, and translated very well, our A La Carte menu was a perfect choice for our guests and everybody commented how lovely the food was. Our cake was exactly what we wanted, looked stunning and tasted great, the flowers matched our colour scheme perfectly and exceeded our expectations on the day.

 

Rachel and Erol worked exceptionally hard throughout the day and evening to make sure everything went well. The evening entertainment was brilliant especially the belly dancer and everyone had a great time and memories were made forever. Our day was a mixture of Turkish and English traditions which was exactly what we wanted and was perfect.

 

Oludeniz has something to offer everyone, families, couples (young and old) this was a perfect location for all our guests to stay, everybody had a wonderful time.

We got married there in Oludeniz on June 25th 2017, and all of our 31 guests - as well as us - were amazed by how beautiful and perfect everything was.

 

From the first communications via email until our meeting days before the wedding, to the hair and makeup, the flowers, the food, the cake, the entertainment, etc… everything was everything I ever dreamt of and more! I cannot thank Oludeniz Beach Weddings enough for all they did for us. I wish I could go back in time and re-live that day over and over again!!

My wife and I were married 03-06-17 at the Blue lagoon. To say the day as a whole was perfect quite frankly would be an understatement. We could not thank Rachael, Tracey and all the team enough for all the hard work and effort put in to ensure our day was perfect.

 

We had the meeting on the Wednesday before the wedding were taken through everything step by step (what would happen and when and final plans arrangements etc). Everything from start to finish was fantastic and stress free.

I can't begin to describe the amazing experience we had with Oludeniz Beach Weddings. We traveled to Turkey from USA for our destination wedding just a couple of days before the big day with a lot of uncertainty. After meeting our wedding planner, Rachel, and the rest of the crew, we immediately felt relief.

 

The level of professionalism and attention to details was impressive. They accommodated almost any request we had (and we had lots of those) not only the day of wedding but also before and after. We also loved the hotel we stayed at (Seabreeze), which is owned and operated by the owners of Oludeniz Beach Weddings. All of our guests received special treatment at the hotel. They went above and beyond to make sure our special day is exactly how we want it to be and I must say, everything ended up much better than what we imagined.

 

The venue (Liberty Hotel Lykia) was stunning and everything was beautifully decorated and on time. The food was out of this world good and all the events we planned for were on schedule. Thank you Oludeniz Beach Weddings for creating the most memorable day of our lives for us.

It is hard to find the words to express our gratitude for the most amazing wedding day, as a result of Rachel and her teams hard work and dedication.

 

Planning a wedding abroad (as with any wedding) can be quite stressful as can putting your trust in somebody else doing it for you. From the very first email the team at Oludeiz Beach Weddings were professional and reassuring. Any queries were answered speedily and in detail (even when they were asked more than once 😊). Instructions into the legalities were clear and concise from start to finish.

 

All of our wants, from the stunning flowers, delicious cake to the music were catered for. Every detail of our wedding exceeded our expectations. Rachel, Erdinc and the team worked so hard to ensure the day was as we had dreamed of.

 

The photographer Ersin was amazing. Thorough and attentive, yet non-intrusive and took just stunning photos.

 

Rachel and Erdinc gave us the most perfect day and a memory we will treasure forever.

Well what can we say! We were married at sundial on 30th July 2017. It was the most beautiful day we could ever wish for.

 

From the moment we got picked up it was perfect. Attention to detail was on point, staff were fabulous and Rachel was spot on with everything. My choice of cake was provided and looked fabulous (went for the naked cake). Food was amazing, photos and video were perfect and everybody who was there thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

 

We have been going to Turkey for 14 years and knew we would end up getting married there. We even took our personalised padlock and attached it to the swing at Sundial. So every year when we visit, there's a little memento of our special day.

We got married at the Sundial Restaurant in August 2017 The venue was amazing, sunset and view were mind blowing – the food was some of the best I have ever tasted. The team were all well organized, we needed not to worry about anything. Also the flowers were beautiful.

We actually came out to look at the venues in May 2016. We got collected and taken round a couple of the venues we liked. Nothing was too much trouble from the word go. We fell in love with Paradise beach and Sundial. So there was no question. We booked there and then for our wedding on the 14th September 2017.

 

I wasn't your average bride, my ideas and visions for our day were very out there and different to the "normal". As soon as I started letting Rachel know what I wanted to do, she was on board instantly. She never told me no to anything I wanted to do. She was very realistic with some of the things I wanted to do, but I appreciated this as she's out there, she knows what the weather/wind/sun can be like. So we just had to make it so it could happen.

 

Planning the whole thing from the UK was much easier than I expected. Rachel is English, so firstly that made things easy. She was very responsive via email answering all my wacky questions I had all of the time. I was also very proactive in the planning process. I took a LOT of my own things over (6 suit cases in total) but the girls didn't bat an eyelid when we came in with it all on our pre wedding meeting. I was organised with what I wanted, so it made their job easier. But they put it all together exactly how I wanted it. It was so amazing to see everything come together in one perfect day.

 

I really couldn't have asked for anymore from Rachel and all of the team. It all worked out perfectly. It's defiantly going to be one wedding that people won't forget. We and all of our guests had the best time!

I cannot recommend this company enough! The service I received from them was faultless and my wedding day was absolutely incredible from start to finish!!!

 

I stressed so so so much before I got out to Turkey, thinking 'they won't do the flowers how I want' 'they won't set up the tables like I want'. I can tell you honestly that I shouldn't have stressed at all! Every last detail was perfect, they could not do enough for me! Tracey, Lara and Ezmen I thank you from the bottom of my heart, but Tracey, a special thanks to you, when my one year old daughter was having an enormous paddy as I was about to walk down the aisle � Tracey took her from me, told me to relax and have my moment, and then kept her occupied throughout the service. And that wasn't the only thing, Tracey just kept me calm, reassured me that things were going to be perfect, talked us through every step and made sure I had a drink in my hand! Thank you so so so much!

 

And finally, the venue, Lykia World. This definitely made the wedding! It is beautiful, the food was amazing and the staff are super! Drinks were served to the table and waiters were filling drinks as soon as they were drunk. It was definitely worth choosing that venue and having the drinks all in, even on the pontoon before I arrived cold water, beer, and cans or pop were served to guests. Also the singers were fantastic too!!
